New Product Launch – MV0246    Shatter Base

Rutland is pleased to announce the launch new textile screen print ink. MV0246  Shatter Base is being offered as the market demands have increased for a distressed or worn print look. We are pleased with the excellent print qualities of this new product. Shatter Base will produce a print that looks cracked and tattered, giving the appearance of an old worn print. It can also be printed on top of Rutland’s Blister Base to create a Faux Leather look and feel.

Some of the benefits are:

• Short Body
• Quick shear, fast printing
• Prints through a wide range of screen mesh
• Excellent wash fastness when cured at 350 degrees F. (177 degrees C.).
• Various colors can be created by mixing with Color Boosters.

Note: A cracked, worn look can be created by flashing after the last print screen and stretching the design just before it is sent through the dryer.
