EL9746 Claira™ Non-Phthalate Super Poly WhiteTech Data Sheet & MSDS
Rutland Plastic Technologies is excited to present to the market the latest development in poly whites. extensive testing for Rutland’s Claira™ NPT Super Poly White (EL9746) has proven this product to be a significant advancement over other 100% Polyester Whites.
The dye migration resistance properties of Rutland’s Claira™ NPT Super Poly White are superior to other 100% Polyester Whites on the market without the detriment of color bleaching when printed over top of an underlay and shelf stability issues which is prevalent with many other poly whites. Claira™ NPT Super Poly White has a short body and fast shear for easy printing and higher press speeds.
Rutland has priced this premium, non-phthalate product to be very competitive with lesser performing standard plastisol poly whites.
Claira™ Non-Phthalate High Opacity Mixing SystemTech Data Sheet & MSDS
Rutland Plastic Technologies has developed an advanced ink mixing system based on non-phthalate, non-lead, non-formaldehyde single components to produce a finished ink similar to the well known M2 mixing system. Marketed as a Claira™ NPT environmental ink, the new products can be used using the formula in the M2007 or M2000 Inks Mixing Software. Claira™ NPT inks offer the printer a non-phthalate option using finished inks that are creamy, with low hot tack, great opacity and quick flash. Products bearing the Rutland product designation “EM” are part of this essential new ink system.
The EM mixing system is a non-phthalate, high performance ink system for printing on 100% cotton. A number of specialty bases are available.

Rutland Plastics Technologies has developed an advanced ink mixing system based on non-phthalate, non-lead, non-formaldehyde single components to produce a finished ink similar to the well known M2 mixing system. Marketed as a Claira™ NPT environmental ink, the new products can be used using the formula in the M2007 or M2000 Inks Mixing Software. Claira™ NPT inks offer the printer a non-phthalate option using finished inks that are creamy, with low hot tack, great opacity and quick flash. Products bearing the Rutland product designation “EM” are part of this essential new ink system.
Along with the Non-Phthalate ink mixing system, Rutland has released the companion color concentrate product line, which like the EM mixing system is formulated, with non-phthalate, non-formaldehyde, non-lead components to produce a single pigment color system, similar to Rutland’s well known CB (Color Booster) mixing system. Products with the designation,‘EB” are non-phthalate and can be used at ratios of up to 50% in the Non-Phthalate specialty bases, giving the printer a wide range of special effect options.
Both systems are non-phthalate, high performance inks for printing on 100% cotton. A number of specialty bases are available.
Claira™ Non-Phthalate X-Glu ES0274Tech Data Sheet & MSDS
Rutland introduces a new premium plastisol foil adhesive to its ink line. Claira™ NPT X-Glu (ES0274) adhesive is formulated as a press-ready plastisol for printing on 100% cotton fabrics or over a low bleed underlay on poly/cotton blends. NPT X-Glu has excellent adhesion qualities and can be used on most textile fabrics where a printable adhesive is needed.
The NPT X-Glu when applied as instructed; can be used to adhere fabric layers together creating a faux appliqué or patch. This product was developed for use as an adhesive for Foils, Transfers, Cavier Beads, and Sequins. NPT X-Glu is an easy to print adhesive that can be tinted to match embellishment color by using Claira™ NPT Color Concentrates (EB’s).
Features include:
- Non-Phthalate formulation to comply with new regulations restricting phthalates.
- Easy to print.
- Can be colored to match embellishment color by using EB NPT Concentrates.
- No viscosity modifications necessary.
- Functions as an adhesive for Foil, Transfers, Caviar Beads, Sequins, etc.
- Great for adhering fabric layers together when gluing fabric patches onto garments.
Claira™ Non-Phthalate Super Gel ES0280 Tech Data Sheet & MSDS
ES0280 NPT Super Gel is formulated as a plastisol for printing on 100% cotton fabrics and over a low bleed underlay on poly/cotton blends. This amazing product has a whole host of uses, from a high gloss top coat to a raised 3-D look. NPT Super Gel has excellent edge definition when stacked and provides maximum gloss when fully cured.
Features include:
- Fast shearing action means higher press speeds.
- Can be tinted with up to 30% EB NPT Color Concentrates to make Gel Colors.
- High gloss and clarity when printed in thick film and cured properly.
- Non-Phthalate formulation to comply with new regulations restricting phthalates.
* Note NPT Super Gel is sold as a two part clear gel. Add 2% MO0004 Liquid Thickener to ES0280 for a press-ready product.
Street Fighter™ Low Bleed White ML9073Tech Data Sheet & MSDS
ML9073 SF LB White is opaque resulting in excellent coverage on dark garments. The low tack formula allows printing through finer mesh counts without the need for a viscosity modifier. Use as an underlay where great opacity is needed or as a stand-alone white. Street Fighter™ Low Bleed White has great low bleed characteristics for printing on polyester/cotton blends.

MH9072 SF™ Cotton White is formulated for maximum opacity and printability on 100% cotton fabrics. Extensive testing involving several industry experts ensures that this product prints easily through a wide range of mesh counts. The performance of the SF™ Cotton White will exceed traditional industry cotton white’s standards from well known manufacturers.
