K2 Primaries are opaque resulting in
excellent coverage on dark garments. The tack free formula
allows printing through a range of mesh counts without the need for
reducing the viscosity, however, a softer hand (with less opacity) can
be achieved by lowering the viscosity in some cases.

Print colors
straight from the container or mix using the formulations provided in
the M2000 Ink Management Software. (Use the M2 formula and insert the
K2 primaries.) K2 colors are user friendly and may be printed from 86
to 305 m.c. /in. (34 to 120 m.c. /cm.) mesh range. The tack free
formulation allows increased coverage therefore finer mesh counts may
be used for softer hand with minimum loss of opacity. Mix colors
according to the desired color formula for best results |

K2 PVC Free inks require heat for fusion.
Stir K2 PVC Free inks prior to printing.
Keep pail closed when not weighing product.
K2 inks require a suitable mixing environment to insure mixed products
have no cross contamination with other inks. New or properly cleaned
utensils, pumps, pails and etc. are required. Utensils should be
cleaned with soap and water. |
