EKO Reflective Grey is a PVC free reflective textile ink. The product is designed to add retro-reflectivity to textile garments. Note: It should be used for decorative purpose only and would not have sufficient candelas for safety applications. It appears grey in color and reflects a white light when direct light is applied.
STIR PRIOR TO USE! Apply directly to garment. Print with enough pressure to drive the base lower in the garment to allow the reflective beads >25% exposure for best reflectivity. If ink is not penetrating fabric properly, add up to 3% RS0002 EKO Viscosity Reducer.Recommendation:
Do not print over an underlay or on garments that have a tight weave and or a water proof finish such as nylon jackets and umbrellas. Do not use a print flash print method as that will diminish the reflectivity greatly.Statement:
